We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring is 5 days a week: Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive onsite training for up to 2 - 3 months at our Toronto office at 255 Consumers Road, Toronto, ON, M2J 1R3. Responsibilities: Requirements: Perks: Compensation: If you are an ambitious individual looking to make a significant impact and grow professionally, we encourage you to apply. - Monday through Friday between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Manage a portfolio of commercial transportation and freight accounts across Canada. - Investigate and resolve payment disputes, POD (Proof of Delivery) issues, billing discrepancies, and customer service concerns. - Work directly with Accounts Payable departments, Controllers, Owners, and Senior Management to secure payment. - Review customer aging reports and prioritize collection activities based on risk and recovery potential. - Recommend accounts for legal action, credit holds, or escalation when app...
