Mid Shift Hours Include: 10a-10p, 11a-11p, or 12pm-12am Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Assessment Specialist conducts consultative behavioral health assessments via phone and telehealth platforms, performing psychiatric triage, determining appropriate level of care, and coordinating placement or referral services. This role supports behavioral health access across affiliated and non-affiliated facilities and plays a key role in improving patient flow from emergency departments and inpatient settings into behavioral health programs. The Behavioral Health Assessment Specialist ensures timely access to definitive care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
