What You'll Do At Monteith: As a Superintendent, you will manage the overall day-to-day supervision of field-related construction activities. This includes maintaining a safe work environment, conducting LEAN planning and construction scheduling, managing cost and quality control, coordinating trade partners, and strengthening relationships by ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain Owner, Architect, Trade Partner & Supplier relationships - Ensure that all projects are performed by contract and quality standards - Schedule and direct the daily activities of work and take necessary actions to ensure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality, and process are met - Maintain daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs, and E-mail corre...
