AGFA is looking for an HR Manager Operations Europe South for a temporary assignment . (6–12 months, with the possibility to become permanent). This is a great opportunity for a result-oriented HR professional used to operate in an international team. In this role you will be in charge of the HR Operations for Europe South with primary focus on Italy and Spain and additional oversight in Greece, In this role, you are responsible for leading HR Operations across Southern Europe, with primary focus on Italy and Spain and additional oversight in Greece. You act as a key partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities: You will bring a pragmatic yet thoughtful approach to aligning HR processes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality service, as we continue to scale at pace. The Europe South Region consists of a cluster of small business units within the Agfa Gevaert Group with Sales and Services, R&D teams and supporting functions totaling cca 220 employees based in Italy (offices in Milano and Macerata), Spain (office in Barcelona) and Greece.
