Atlantic Health is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Supervisor for the Environmental Services Department (Housekeeping) at Morristown Medical Center. Required hours vary (variable shift based on department needs/volume), including weekends. Qualifications: - Arrange with the Environmental Services Manager for any special activity functions such as Auditoriums and other set-up etc. - Receives work assignments from the Manager. - Establishes daily work schedule for the staff along with the Manager for special and routine assignments. - Assigns duties to the staff, issues supplies and equipment, and inspects completed work. - Works with the staff. - Maintains established standards of cleanliness within patient and other hospital areas. - Trains employees by demonstrating use of cleaning material and equipment; explains methods of cleaning and most economical use of materials and manpower. - Participates in the performance appraisal of employees as well as personnel actions (i.e. hours changes, termination's, salary changes, etc.). - Applies knowledge of all job assignments and cleaning procedures and use of equipment in the work assignment. - Applies a knowledge of isolation...
