About the Role: As a Financial Crime Performance Lead in our Business & Private Bank division, you are accountable to lead the Financial Crime Performance team by supporting the day-to-day financial crime performance along with uplifting financial crime management and capabilities for the Division. Your role and team will execute on the governance, reporting, performance management and support for the first line Financial Crime team by developing and implementing governance and reporting frameworks, partnering with other Divisions to manage the end-to-end view (e.g. Retail and Institutional product, technology, etc) and lead/manage appropriate and timely responses to threat assessments, thematic reviews, regulatory responses etc. In the evolving Financial Crime and KYC landscape, your role will play a key part in defining the future state financial crime approach and ongoing management across the Division.
