Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Real Estate Automation & Technology is responsible for governing external vendors and delivery partners supporting enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, and automation initiatives across Real Estate, Construction, and Property Admin. This role ensures vendors and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with enterprise AI/automation governance, security, compliance, and architectural standards. The Senior Manager drives execution discipline across a portfolio of initiatives, manages delivery risk, and ensures contracts, spend, and outcomes align with approved business objectives.
