Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Full-Time | Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Quality Inspector - Yellow Shift: The Quality Inspector tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process, and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and ensure quality and reliability of Blades and Blade Sub-Components. Responsibilities: - Identifies defects impact Defects per Unit (DPU) and First Pass Yield (FPY) factory metrics and works for resolution by collaborating with Production and Technical Support departments. Creates and maintains relevant documentation to solidify improvement methods. Coaches and supports production members on approved manufacturing processes and provides an interface to other departments to ensure expedient resolution of issues. - Case handles NCs as assigned and supports factory personnel on initiation. Performs containment of non-conforming parts or products.
