Senior Project Manager - Video Boards Musco's Video Boards Team has an opening for a Senior Project Manager at our Des Moines office . Essential Criteria: - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or related field), or equivalent experience - Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry - Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from inception to completion - Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration - Experience with electrical or audiovisual construction projects is highly preferred - Knowledge of LED technology or digital scoreboards and applications is an advantage - Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, SuiteProjects) - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required...
