Vanguard has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Auditor to join our Global Investment and Finance Audit Services (GIFAS) team! In the Internal Auditor role, you will complete risk-based audits to evaluate management’s internal controls and influence senior management to take action to improve the control environment. You will collaborate with partner groups across divisions and be instrumental in implementing the audit coverage strategy for key risk topics. The role focuses on fund governance, securities and trading risk, product‑level risk, and internal controls. Core Responsibilities: Perform complex work for risk-based audits and consulting engagements (including research, evaluation and analysis, testing and reporting) on topics related to risk, governance, process, technology, controls, and operating practices of assigned engagements. Connect with various levels of management to discuss progress and results including opportunities to strengthen processes/controls and related remediation efforts.
