POSITION SUMMARY: Living Well at Home (“LWAH”) is Boston Medical Center’s Housing Services Department whose mission is to end the cycle of homelessness for our community. LWAH does this by providing intensive housing and behavioral health services to nearly 1,000 individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness each year. The Living Well at Home Clinical Program Manager will provide program development, oversight and supervision to LWAH’s growing Cambridge portfolio of programs. These include both scattered-site and congregate settings housing individuals with complex medical, behavioral and social needs. This role will include the supervision of both clinical and case management staff who are supporting formerly unhoused residents in permanent supportive housing. In addition to program oversight, the Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for supporting relationship building with community partners, and program development, evaluation, and execution.
