Role Overview: As Lead Product Manager at NICE Cognigy, you will directly own AI Assist — the in-product AI copilot that scales across the entire CXone platform and every use case it supports — and you will lead across the broader Agent experience inside Cognigy (NICE's agent builder within CXone), including the agent building experience, traces, and the LLM platform. You set the direction, make the calls, and are accountable for outcomes end-to-end. You will report to the Director of Product. This is a Lead role for someone who is already operating at this level today. You have run product streams independently, you set the bar for the PMs around you, and you bring an informed point of view on where the conversational AI space is going — because you are already building in it.
