We have clients in Pottstown, PA and Bryn Mawr, Lansdale PA and surrounding areas currently needing a Job Coach. BAYADA’s Job Coaches work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.
