Description Job Title: Payroll Manager: Job Location: Irvine, CA: Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried: The Payroll Manager will oversee the payroll function for Frasco, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees. This role will manage two payroll processors, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and conduct monthly audits to ensure payroll integrity. The Payroll Manager will collaborate closely with department leaders, the VP of HR, and the Accounting team to support organizational goals and provide strategic payroll insights. Candidates must have intermediate to advanced skills working in excel (V-look up, pivot tables, data migration, etc). Responsibilities: - Lead and Supervise payroll processing team, ensuring performance and compliance with best practices - Manage end-to-end payroll for multi-state weekly and biweekly employee groups - Review and verify timekeeping entries, resolve discrepancies, and approve payroll calculations with accuracy and in compliance with regulations - Conduct monthly audits and maintain compliance with wage/hour laws and payroll tax regulations - Update HRIS with state unemployment rates, personnel files, p...
