The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, programming CNC machines, setting tooling, and inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet specifications. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Duties/Responsibilities: Machine Setup: Prepare CNC mills for production runs by loading tools, securing workpieces, and setting machine parameters. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentation to understand the required specifications. Install, align, and secure fixtures, tooling, and workpieces using precision measuring instruments. Conduct initial machine setups and make necessary adjustments to ensure correct machine operation.
