Job Location : Lawrence, KS This is a 2nd shift position. Position Summary: Manage the Maintenance Technician team onsite at a location. Responsible for maintenance operation on all shifts at the plant. Operation includes parts inventory, PM’s, repair maintenance and equipment improvements. Oversee the assembly of equipment as it comes in, maintain it through preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Roles and Responsibilities: · Measure and report the effectiveness of maintenance activities and team member performance. · Utilize SAP to manage parts. · Maintain parts inventory to include ID of critical parts and safety stock levels along with accuracy. · Communicate job expectations and coach team members. · Determine staffing levels and assign workload. · Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project maintenance status. · Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. · Attend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussion. · Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all polici...
