Overview We’re hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to own and drive hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on our Austin/Pflugerville operations. This role is responsible for delivering results across both high-volume hourly hiring and key salaried positions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will build pipeline, partner directly with hiring managers, and be accountable for hiring outcomes. In addition to day-to-day recruiting responsibilities, this position contributes to broader workforce planning and recruiting strategy. The Senior Corporate Recruiter is expected to operate with a high level of ownership, maintain strong knowledge of the business, and ensure all hiring practices align with applicable federal and state employment laws.
