Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work: The Program Manager plays a critical role in leading and coordinating large-scale, complex programs to ensure successful delivery of all objectives in alignment with organizational and contractual goals. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and overall program execution to meet contractual, budgetary, and performance requirements. Program Managers function as the primary point of contact between the client and the organization, assuming responsibility for planning, organizing, and managing resources across all phases of the program lifecycle.
