Job Description: The Yard Team Lead plays a critical role in the success of our yard operations, acting as the right hand to the Yard Supervisor and a key leader on the ground. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be actively involved in daily operations—operating equipment, supporting the team, and ensuring the yard runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day execution, help maintain high standards, and step in to lead when the Supervisor is unavailable.
