Description What You’ll Do: As a Management Analyst, you will be critical in providing data-driven analysis, strategic insight, and operational support to enhance organizational performance, ensure contract compliance, and support mission success in a secure federal environment. You will apply your knowledge of federal program management, process improvement methodologies, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance to deliver actionable recommendations that support strategic objectives and operational excellence. In this role, you will be expected to: - Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives - Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules - Perform management, technical, or business case analyses - Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs - Track program/project status and schedules - Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
