Registered Nurse (BHS) - 7pm-7:30am - PRN Job Description: RN is responsible for providing assistance to physicians in the direct and indirect treatment of patients of Behavioral Health Services. The RN performs charting functions to ensure an accurate and complete patient record. Performs responsibilities with direction provided by the director and/or physician. Complete initial physical and psychological assessments for physicians and performs psychological tests as directed by physicians. Responsibilities: Assesses patients' conditions and care delivery through direct observation, rounding, and data input from other team members., Assessment- Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient's health or the situation.
