Our Company SpringPath Mental Health Services: Overview: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner works as part of an Intensive Residential Treatment Services team that provides care, treatment and rehabilitation for persons served who are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms; who are demonstrating significant functional impairments; and who may have co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities: - Crisis Assessment and medical/behavioral emergency - Conducts variety of assessments such as suicidal, Vestibular Assessment, immediate needs, functional, living skills, and resource acquisitions - Complete Interpretative summaries - Develops crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for clients - Writes progress notes, summaries, and discharges - Group and Individual Counseling services - Skills Teaching - Case Management - Household management - Implements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategies - Crisis Prevention - Medication Administration - Participates in weekly staff meetings - Reports significant / major incidents or accidents - Establishes high levels of mutual trust and support with others. - Provides coaching/learning environment - Provid...
