Summary: Location: 100% Remote - U.S. Domestic Time Zones ONLY Commitment: Part-Time: Position Type: Hourly/Contractor: The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assessing software quality through manual and automated testing and finding and reporting bugs. The QA Tester will also be responsible for designing and implementing and validating test plans to improve usability of our products. Details: Job Responsibilities: - Testing of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems - Ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live - Executing test cases using industry standard testing tools such as PlayWrite, Chrome DevTools, and BrowserStack . - Communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders - Focuses on deadlines and deliverables, ensuring the ability to find defects and bugs quickly - Create process documentation as it relates to testing - Provide support to the Tier 1 & 2 Operations teams in validating reported issues from client General Responsibilities: - The QA Tester should have a keen eye for...
