The opportunity: Join our DWEI team to own the operational health, governance, and continuous improvement of Harvard Business Publishing’s core Microsoft 365 services. You’ll be the hands-on platform owner for day-to-day administration, reliability, and optimization across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft 365 Apps, and key collaboration tools—while partnering closely with teammates in shared ownership areas like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Entra. Copilot is integral to how employees work across Microsoft 365. In this role, you will help ensure Copilot is easily leveraged by all workers and clear guidance is provided to accelerate its adoption.
