SALARY RANGE: $24.35 - $38.19 WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: - Performs advanced fiscal support functions including processing supplier invoices for timely payment. - Creates and maintains supplier and customer contracts within the financial system, ensuring compliance with county policies and accurate setup for billing and payments. - Provides backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing, including assisting with payroll audits, any necessary data entry, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies. - Provides backup support for daily collections payment postings. - Prepare and post journal entries, assist with account reconciliations, and support general accounting functions. - Utilize financial system to perform other duties as assigned.
