Summary The Product & Technology Director, Fashion, Home & Beauty (FH&B) is a senior strategic leader accountable for global product and technology outcomes across Fashion, Home and Beauty, including International, Online, Customer, Finance and People. The role defines the product ambition, value outcomes and technology investment priorities that enable commercial growth, operational excellence and differentiated customer and colleague experiences. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and as a core member of the FH&B leadership team, the role is the single point of accountability for product vision, portfolio priorities and value realisation. It ensures every investment is aligned to strategic intent, measurable value and sustainable advantage across UK & Ireland and International markets, translating commercial ambition into a clear, outcome led technology plan.
