Front End Loader Operator - Waterloo Corner About the Role: Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the team at our high output site to service the Waterloo Corner precast segment project . Shift Pattern: - 12-hour shifts - Day Shift & Night Shift - 7/3 and 7/4 rotating day and night shifts In your new role, you will be: - Operating a front-end loader to support production by maintaining steady material flow across the site. - Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly - Working closely with the project team to meet production and safety targets - Maintaining clean, safe, stockpiles and work areas What You'll Bring: - Previous experience operating a front-end loader in quarry, construction or similar environments - Valid loader ticket and driver's licence - Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices - Ability to work efficiently around fixed and mobile plant - A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude What we offer: - You will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus super - PPE and Uniforms are supplied by us - Training provided within a supportive regional team - Ongoing career and developm...
