Project Manager - Roadway Design Engineer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana to lead roadway engineering design projects of varying size and complexity throughout the southern Indiana region. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with strong skills in project leadership, technical oversight, client coordination, and strategic planning. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and play a key role in advancing our roadway design practice. We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal.
