About the role: Drive the deployment, standardization, and continuous improvement of preventive quality methods to build robust, stable, and capable processes across CSE-R manufacturing sites. Sets own day-to-day objectives in Carrier Excellence/Continuous Improvement and provides input and/or guidance to others. Responsible for moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems and/or products to enhance quality performance. Job Description: Implementation and Standardization of Preventive Methods: Lead the deployment of core quality tools within Operations: Control Plans, Process FMEA, SPC, Special Characteristics management (ProCert), and MSA.
