Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in culinary arts and related practices. Ensures students gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge through classroom lectures and hands-on demonstrations. Maintains a safe and organized learning environment, manages classroom and resources, and supports student success through accurate recordkeeping and timely feedback. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and deliver engaging classroom lectures and develop syllabi. - Prepare and demonstrate effective food preparation techniques and culinary procedures. - Teach proper methods of food handling, preparation, and presentation in both classroom and lab settings. - Actively recruit and advise students to support successful enrollment. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, and submit grades promptly. - Ensure a safe, organized, and productive learning environment at all times. - Promptly report equipment malfunctions or damage to the appropriate personnel. - Provide ongoing guidance and support to students to foster a positive and enriching educational experience. - Over...
