Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, the Microsoft Solutions Engineer will support all business areas with the objective of maximizing effective communications and business processes using Microsoft applications. This candidate will be responsible for technology initiatives, technically build, administer, and support Microsoft applications, workflow tools, team sites and all related technologies. Responsibilities: - Design and implement Microsoft-based solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Engage, Forms, Lists, Loop, Office, Purview, and Admin. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance. - Create detailed solution architectures including diagrams, documentation, and time esti...
