Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Sales Excellence Advisor on a full-time permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Western Canada . Step into this high-impact role where you’ll shape how Ag and Energy B2B sales teams succeed; enhancing effective selling skills, strengthening the farm customer experience, and supporting measurable growth across Co-ops. What you’ll do: Gather input from cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize Co-ops for selling skills workshops, and translate this into a structured, annual sales training plan. Coach and support Co‑op Agro sales teams and leaders by reinforcing best practices, improving customer conversations and value selling, and aligning on data-driven action plans to strengthen overall sales effectiveness Leverage data to track training impact, identify trends, and continuously enhance sales capability programs to drive measurable improvements in performance.
