Overview Gilbane Development Company is looking for a Lead Housekeeper to join our growing team in Bowling Green, KY! The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising all housekeeping staff and the cleaning of the business office, residential units, public and common areas of the property in a neat, clean, and attractive condition. Responsibilities: - Supervise, train and develop all housekeeping staff - Schedules and maintains shift schedules for the team - Orders and maintains the inventory needed on-site to perform daily maintenance duties - Assists in maintaining a monthly housekeeping budget - Enters and gathers data for reporting, relating to the housekeeping operations of the property - Responds to emergency housekeeping calls - Coordinates work shifts and delegate work to the housekeeping staff, as applicable - Evaluates the performance of the housekeeping staff, as applicable - Assists in the hiring and training of the necessary personnel for the Housekeeping Departments - Supervises and participates in the following housekeeping functions: - Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and other work areas so that health s...
