Solution Architect - Salesforce Federal Delivery Location: Remote/Hybrid (US-based, DC Metro Area). In-person expectations include occasional visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and to Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. Role Summary: We’re seeking a Federal Solution Architect who plays a key leadership role in designing and driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions, specifically within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Working closely with the Program Manager and Technical Architect, the Solution Architect functions as a liaison between the Federal client and the Thunder team, translating mission requirements into scalable architecture. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, strategic vision, and the ability to operate within the rigorous security and compliance standards of cleared Federal delivery environments.
