Job Description Rotating Shift Supervisor - Specialty Oils Refinery - Quincy, IL Job Description: Under the direction of the Plant Superintendent, the Shift Supervisor is primarily responsible for the operation, supervision, and performance of the Quincy Specialty Oils Refinery on their assigned team. This position will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays that fall within the rotation. Job Duties: - Act at all times in accordance with ADM’s Code of Conduct. Treat everyone fairly and with respect. Display honesty and integrity to set the example of professionalism for their team. - Lead, participate and support all safety and environmental rules and regulations applicable to the position. Lead the work of all production employees. - Responsible for supervising all production, loadout, and acidulation staff during shift. - Maintain good working relationships with all employees. Communicate effectively via various methods including email, phone, and face to face meetings. - Adhere to and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, FSMA and SQF requirements.
