SP&D operations include customer communications, customer project management, gas and electric service design and pricing, coordination with dependency (Land, Environmental, Permitting, Joint Pole) and construction partner organizations. Position Summary: The Work Methods & Procedures Specialist develops designs, and maintains guidance documents (i.e., standards, procedures, job aids, bulletins, communications) that support the functions performed by the SP&D and Central Design organizations. Incumbents may also be assigned to teams responsible for technical documentation, training development and delivery.
