Title: Industrial Electrical Technology Faculty Employee Classification: Faculty: Institution: TCAT-Murfreesboro: Department: Industrial Electrical Technology: Campus Location: TCAT Murfreesboro: Job Summary: The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is accepting applications for a full – time faculty position in the evening Industrial Electrical (INE) Technology program. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum 37.5-hour workweek (Monday – Thursday; 1:30pm – 9:30pm and Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm). The Industrial Electrical Technology faculty member is responsible to the Vice President of Instruction and Accreditation for the development, implementation, evaluation, modification, and operation of the INE program. Job Duties: The position is responsible for providing individualized theory and hands-on instruction to adults and high school students to prepare them for employment in the field. The faculty member must monitor, grade, and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation; submit timely reports; and assist in recruitment of new students and placement o...
