Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses. We are looking for an Engineering Operations Lead to run the organizational and people-leadership backbone of our Engineering function. This role directly line-manages up to 50 engineers and QA across the UK and CZ, ensuring teams are structured effectively, supported, and operating at a high standard. This is a unique role that combines leadership, workforce planning, operational discipline, financial awareness, and vendor coordination. You will partner with Engineering leadership, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Procurement to ensure Engineering scales sustainably and maintains a high‑performance environment.
