POSITION SUMMARY: Constellis requires capture leadership to win federal, state, intelligence community, and commercial market opportunities across the range of Constellis ’ global offerings. Our Capture Leaders are responsible for developing capture campaigns that include comprehensive strategies for customer engagement, teaming, solution development, stakeholder engagement, capture plans, key personnel acquisition, subjection matter expertise, and budget management to maximize Pwin . This position will support proposal and business development teams by creating and vetting win strategies, reviewing proposal content, and supporting other activities as needed.
