Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for system-wide leadership of facility operations, maintenance, and energy strategy, including energy management and building performance optimization, operations and maintenance of facilities, work order management, accredidation standards, management of human resources, and budget management. It ensures consistency and compliance across a range of healthcare sites by developing and implementing strategies for an effective facilities management program. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
