Job Description: Digital Sales Lead Hybrid – once every two weeks on site at Bupa Place, M50 Permanent: Salary – £80,000 + excellent benefits 37.5 hours per week We make health happen. Role Overview: Our Digital Sales Lead is a crucial role within our Digital and Data team to own, drive and deliver our sales growth strategy. You’ll help us make health happen by: - Analysing sales performance metrics and base performance to drive sales processes and improve sales outcomes. - Owning sales forecasting and management of B2B base - work with Data teams to develop forecasting tools that enable delivery of targets, drive efficiency and improve the customer experience. - Developing critical insight into how we build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business. - Work closely with digital marketing teams to develop acquisition strategies to grow our direct...
