Entity: Duke University Health System: General Description of the Job Class Support enterprise-wide data analytics, labor and productivity, and performance management services for Duke Pharmacy across the Duke Health system. This position focuses on advanced analytics, data engineering, and performance improvement to enhance clinical operations, patient safety, and financial performance. The role is responsible for the development, implementation, and dissemination of pharmacy financial, labor, productivity, and quality data; supporting budgeting, benchmarking, productivity reporting, and knowledge sharing to enable data-driven decision-making by pharmacy and health system leaders.
