Experienced Manufacturing Engineer Company: Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFS Boeing Poland is currently hiring an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support dynamically growing engineering teams at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Rzeszow, Poland. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and daily support. The engineer will work with Manufacturing Engineers and Planners on Production Engineering for assemblies in commercial airplane programs. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations Create manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, and technology to meet production needs Review and approve supplier data for compliance Define tooling requirements and resolve manufacturing issues Assess producibility and provide input to meet cost and schedule targets Develop work statements and delivery sequencing Manage engineering changes and update production processes Support Lean principles and mentor team members Lead junior engineers and resolve technical issues This position is hybrid.
