Job Description Summary Lead and drive the Sourcing organization's core operating rhythms, ensuring alignment, efficiency and execution of strategic priorities across teams. Coordinate key KPI reviews and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business objectives in alignment with sourcing policies and compliance requirements. Own the end-to-end organization of the annual supplier conference for 300+ people in partnership with corporate events team. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Sourcing organization's internal operating mechanisms: weekly Sourcing committee and Leadership staff meetings, biweekly reviews of supplier claims, quarterly All Hands - Drive alignment on priorities, KPIs and budget across the teams. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support key objectives.
