Description Department: Enrollment Management: Job Status: Full Time: FLSA Status: Exempt: Reports To: Director of Undergraduate Admission Grade/Level: Amount of Travel Required: Regular Travel Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00, Regular evening, weekend, and as assigned Positions Supervised: None: POSITION SUMMARY: The primary role of an Admission Counselor is to facilitate the successful enrollment of students to the undergraduate program. The position performs duties to identify and recruit prospective students. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Represents the College at various recruitment events. - Monitoring all aspects of the enrollment process for students from assigned geographic regions. - Reviews admission applications and admits eligible students - Visits high schools within assigned regions - Provide accurate and timely information for the student and their family - Corresponds with students regarding application status, upcoming events, financial aid, housing, testing and registering. - Maintains communication records in Slate (CRM) - Leads individual meetings with all campus guests from assigned territory - Presents at on-campus programs - Support large campus visit programs inclu...
