Job Responsibilities: - Define and execute the industrial engineering roadmap, integrating enterprise-level software control systems with physical operational infrastructure. - Provide executive oversight for all implementation and execution activities, ensuring alignment to corporate strategic goals. - Lead long-term investment and technology upgrade planning for automation, system software, and hardware assets. - Oversee delivery of complex engineering projects across multiple operational and distribution sites. - Ensure technology integration between hardware systems (automation, robotics, material handling) and software platforms (ERP, WMS, control systems, analytics). - Establish governance and performance frameworks to manage scope, budget, timeline, and risk. - Stay current with emerging technological trends and ensure the organization maintains a leadership position in operational innovation. - Standardize engineering processes, technical documentation, and system specifications. - Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across operational systems. - Lead and mentor cross-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, t...
