The Head of Product Deployment Europe / APAC is a critical delivery leader responsible for ensuring seamless product implementation, accurate documentation, and operational readiness across regional markets. Reporting to the Head of Global Product, this role translates commercial offers into configured solutions, driving speed, quality, and compliance from quote to delivery. This leader oversees configuration, policy documentation (T&Cs, IPIDs), testing and quality assurance, automation initiatives, and product inventory management. By enabling scalable launches and minimizing risk, the role ensures operational excellence and a superior customer and partner experience. What you will do: 1. Strategic Leadership Define and execute a global product deployment strategy that ensures timely, accurate, and compliant product launches. Own product implementation KPIs, including cycle time, defect rates, documentation accuracy, and automation progress. Standardize commercial offer configuration processes and templates across markets. Drive automation initiatives from quote to delivery, leveraging API integrations and straight-through processing.
