Support the Medicare Team by initiating outbound calls to prospective members, with the goal of setting qualified appointments for licensed Medicare agents. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and the Medicare sales process. Qualifications: - Conduct outbound calls to Medicare-eligible individuals to prequalify and schedule appointments with licensed agents. - Manage and organize incoming leads from various sources including marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach efforts. - Assist licensed agents in maintaining lead databases and appointment calendars. - Participate in mentorship with a licensed Medicare agent to gain practical insights into client interaction and compliance. - Support additional administrative and outreach projects as assigned. - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone. - Comfortable using CRM systems and lead tracking tools. - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information. - Willingness to learn about Medicare products, ethical sales practices, and compliance standards. - Backgr...
