Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Run food to tables, ensuring the correct quality is present first, bus tables, provide needed items, and check on tables throughout service Run food window as expo and coordinate orders for other runners to run and deliver to tables Complete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation as required Answer customer questions as needed on food items, beers, retail or other. Know and understand the fundamentals of our beers and the brewing process Look for ways to improve the guest experience.
