Job Description Team Member will be required to work four days a week from our Raleigh, NC HQ. The Director of Sales & Operations Execution is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of sales and operations plans, aligning short-term operational activities with strategic goals, and driving efficiency across the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned . Strategic Planning : Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that align sales and operational capabilities. Performance Management : Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that sales and operations are meeting targets and objectives.
